Nomura Asset Management Disclosures

On December 1, 2025, Nomura acquired the US and European public markets business of Macquarie which is now part of Nomura Asset Management.

Nomura Asset Management is the investment management business within the Nomura Investment Management Division, comprising the business units of Nomura Asset Management Japan and Nomura Asset Management International.

“Nomura Asset Management International” or “NAM International” refers to the global (ex-Japan) investment management business of Nomura. NAM International operates through several distinct investment managers, which include Nomura Investment Management Business Trust and its series (Delaware Capital Management, Delaware Management Company, Nomura Alternative Strategies, Nomura Investment Management Advisers, and Nomura Investments Fund Advisers), Nomura Investment Management Europe S.A., Nomura Investment Management Austria Kapitalanlage AG, Nomura Asset Management Australia, Nomura Corporate Research and Asset Management Inc., and Nomura Capital Management LLC. Under certain circumstances, investment advisory services are also provided by Nomura Asset Management U.K. Limited. Statements regarding assets under management (“AUM”) of NAM International or of asset classes managed by NAM International reflect the aggregate AUM of the investment managers that comprise NAM International, and do not represent the AUM of any single investment manager within the NAM International family.

“Nomura Asset Management Japan” or “NAM Global” refers to the investment management business of Nomura principally operated from Japan. NAM Global operates through several distinct investment managers, which include Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd., Nomura Asset Management U.S.A. Inc., Nomura Asset Management U.K. Limited, Nomura Asset Management Singapore Limited, Nomura Asset Management Hong Kong Limited, Nomura Asset Management Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Nomura Islamic Asset Management Sdn. Bhd., and Nomura Asset Management Europe KVG mbH. Statements regarding the AUM of NAM Global reflect the aggregate AUM of the investment managers that comprise NAM Global, and do not represent the AUM of any single investment manager within the NAM Global family.

With limited exceptions, NAM International and NAM Global are independently managed, and are distinct firms for purposes of the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®). Statements regarding the AUM or other characteristics of “Nomura Asset Management” may include information about both NAM International and NAM Global, but do not represent an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or investment advisory product sponsored by either NAM International, NAM Global, or any of their constituent investment managers.

In addition to its investment management activities, NAM International is responsible for the distribution, sales, and marketing support of the Nomura Asset Management business outside of Japan. Sales and marketing professionals operating outside of Japan are employed by the relevant Nomura Asset Management affiliates in those regions; notwithstanding this employment arrangement, the sales and marketing function as a whole reports within the NAM International business. This structure reflects the integrated yet operationally distinct nature of the distribution and investment management mandates carried out across the Nomura Asset Management platform outside of Japan.
