Nomura Global Growth Fund is a style-agnostic global equity strategy that seeks to build a portfolio of quality companies suitable for long-term investment purchased at attractive valuations, with the goal of benchmark-like risk and above-benchmark returns.
Style-agnostic
Style-agnostic approach built to perform in most market environments
Fundamental
Breadth of a centralized research team with a truly global perspective
Risk-focused
Process designed to minimize unintended factor risks, with a focus on pure stock selection
Companies with superior, self-sustaining business models have the potential to deliver attractive returns over the long term.
Such models can have their sustainability questioned over the shorter term, for either structural or cyclical reasons.
The resulting dislocation creates opportunities for the strategy to own them at attractive valuations.
Screening narrows the universe from approximately 2,500 mid- to large-cap global stocks to approximately 250 companies through liquidity, quantitative, and fundamental screens monitored daily.
Fundamental analysis evaluates high-quality businesses across three broad categories – growth compounders, quality cyclicals, and unrecognized opportunities – over a three-year time horizon.
Portfolio construction centers on risk to build a concentrated portfolio of 50–70 stocks. The portfolio is managed to have the majority of tracking error derived from stock selection.

The performance quoted represents past performance and does not guarantee future results. Investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Current performance may be lower or higher than the performance quoted.
Total returns may reflect waivers and/or expense reimbursements by the manager and/or distributor (as applicable) for some or all of the periods shown. Performance would have been lower without such waivers and reimbursements.
Returns for less than one year are not annualized.
Index performance returns do not reflect any management fees, transaction costs, or expenses. Indices are unmanaged and one cannot invest directly in an index.
Performance at NAV assumes that no front-end sales charge applied or the investment was not redeemed. Performance at offer assumes that a front-end sales charge applied to the extent applicable.
Performance at NAV assumes that no contingent deferred sales charge applied or the investment was not redeemed. Performance at max offer price assumes that a contingent deferred sales charge applied to the extent applicable.
Class C shares redeemed within one year of purchase are subject to a 1.00% contingent deferred sales charge (CDSC). Class C shares are eligible to automatically convert to Class A shares with a lower 12b-1 fee approximately eight years after you buy Class C shares.
Class A shares have a maximum up-front sales charge of 5.75%.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.
A fund or strategy that holds a limited number of securities may be more sensitive to the price fluctuations of a single security in its portfolio and may be more volatile than a fund or strategy that holds a greater number of securities.
International investing (particularly in emerging markets) may be adversely affected by political instability; changes in currency exchange rates; inefficient markets and higher transaction costs; foreign economic conditions; the imposition of economic or trade sanctions; or inadequate or different regulatory and accounting standards. Investing in emerging markets involves greater risk than investing in more developed foreign markets because, among other things, emerging markets may have less stable political and economic environments, information about issuers may be less available or of a lesser quality, and securities markets may be smaller, less liquid, and subject to greater price volatility.
